Lezya Weglarz is a passionate middle school counselor in San Marcos Unified School District. She serves on the Board of Directors for the California Association of School Counselors and is Chair of the COVID-19 School Counseling Emergency Task Force. Lezya is passionate about supporting students of all ages identify their unique gifts, talents, and strengths to share with the world. Lezya has previously presented at national and state conferences on topics including: Helping Students Discover Their Ikigai and Strengthening School-Family Partnerships with Latinx families.
